Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully, as they contain certain limitations and exclusions. These Terms govern your use of www.FinancialFraudLaw.com. Please read all of the Terms carefully.

Welcome to FINANCIAL FRAUD LAW!  By using the www.FinancialFraudLaw.com website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you are not authorized to use www.FinancialFraudLaw.com.

A.S. Pratt, in our sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time by posting a notice on the Terms page of the www.FinancialFraudLaw.com Homepage. Your continued use of www.FinancialFraudLaw.com after the notice is posted indicates that you agree to the changes.

  1. Use of FINANCIAL FRAUD LAW

A valid FINANCIAL FRAUD LAW User Account is required to access the functionality of www.FinancialFraudLaw.com. You will be granted access to www.FinancialFraudLaw.com only after your have been assigned an account.

  1. FINANCIAL FRAUD LAW User Accounts

Your FINANCIAL FRAUD LAW User Account is specific to you. You may not use another users' account. When creating your FINANCIAL FRAUD LAW User Account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify FINANCIAL FRAUD LAW Customer Service immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

  1. Account Termination Policy

A.S. Pratt reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your FINANCIAL FRAUD LAW User Account or block access to www.FinancialFraudLaw.com at any time if you fail to comply with the Terms.  No refunds will be given for any License fees if your account is terminated for failure to comply with these Terms.

  1. FINANCIAL FRAUD LAW Privacy Policy

By using www.FinancialFraudLaw.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by A.S. Pratt’s Privacy Policy which can be found here: PRIVACY

  1. Your Comments

As a FINANCIAL FRAUD LAW User Account holder you may submit comments on articles or blog entries or other content.  In so posting, you may post other materials or links to third party websites on www.FinancialFraudLaw.com. Posted comments or links to third party websites are hereinafter referred to as ("User Submissions.")

A.S. Pratt will monitor the content of any User Submissions submitted to www.FinancialFraudLaw.com and reserves the right to remove any User Submission. In addition, A.S. Pratt will not and cannot control the content of any third-party website. By using www.FinancialFraudLaw.com, you expressly relieve FINANCIAL FRAUD LAW, A.S. Pratt, and Sheshunoff Information Services from any and all liability arising from any use of any third-party website.

You understand that there is no confidentiality with respect to any User Submissions.

You are solely responsible for your User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them.

In connection with User Submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use the User Submissions and you authorize www.FinancialFraudLaw.com to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by www.FinancialFraudLaw.com and these Terms.

You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions; however, by submitting User Submissions to www.FinancialFraudLaw.com, you hereby grant A.S. Pratt and www.FinancialFraudLaw.coma worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with www.FinancialFraudLaw.com.

User Submissions will remain on www.FinancialFraudLaw.comindefinitely unless you notify the www.FinancialFraudLaw.com administrator, in writing, that your User Submissions should be removed. 

In connection with your User Submissions, you further agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant A.S. Pratt and www.FinancialFraudLaw.com all of the license rights granted herein.
You further agree that you will not, in connection with User Submissions, submit material that is contrary to applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

A.S. Pratt and www.FinancialFraudLaw.com does not endorse any User Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and A.S. Pratt and www.FinancialFraudLaw.com expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. A.S. Pratt and www.FinancialFraudLaw.com does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights, and the www.FinancialFraudLaw.com Administrator will remove all Content and User Submissions if properly notified that such Content or User Submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights. A.S. Pratt and www.FinancialFraudLaw.com reserves the right to remove User Submissions without prior notice.

  1. Permissions and Restrictions

A.S. Pratt and www.FinancialFraudLaw.com hereby grants you permission to access and use www.FinancialFraudLaw.comas set forth in these Terms, provided that:
You agree not to distribute in any medium any part of www.FinancialFraudLaw.com, including, but not limited to Fraud law Reports, Other Resources, User Submission, or any other content, outside of A.S. Pratt and www.FinancialFraudLaw.com without express written permission from A.S. Pratt.

In your use of www.FinancialFraudLaw.com, you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms, and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Financial Fraud Law reserves the right to discontinue any aspect or feature of A.S. www.FinancialFraudLaw.comat any time.

  1. Your Use of Content on the Site

The following restrictions and conditions apply specifically to your use of  www.FinancialFraudLaw.com.
The content on www.FinancialFraudLaw.com, excluding all User Submissions (as defined above), including without limitation, fraud reports, blog entries, text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like ("Content") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by ALEX eSOLUTIONS.  All rights Reserved.

Content and Marks used in www.FinancialFraudLaw.com are provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever.

You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Content or Marks other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of any content for any commercial purposes.
A.S. Pratt reserve all rights not expressly granted in and to the Website and the Content.

You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of www.FinancialFraudLaw.com.

You understand that when using www.FinancialFraudLaw.com, you will be exposed to User Submissions from a variety of sources, and that Financial Fraud Law is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of, or relating to, such User Submissions. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Financial Fraud Law with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold A.S, Pratt, www.FinancialFraudLaw.com, its Owners/Operators, affiliates, and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the site.

  1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any User Submission or other content infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

  1. Warranty Disclaimer

A.S. Pratt warrants that it has the lawful right to grant this license to Licensee.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE FINANCIAL FRAUD LAW SITE www.FinancialFraudLaw.com  SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THIS LICENSE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.  A.S. PRATT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE AND YOUR USE THEREOFFINANCIAL FRAUD LAW MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT ANY LICENSED PRODUCT WILL NOT INFRINGE ANY PATENT OR OTHER PROPRIETARY RIGHT.
 IN NO EVENT WILL A.S. PRATT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM EXERCISE OF THIS LICENSE.
A.S. PRATT DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE FINANCIAL FRAUD LAW WEBSITE www.FinancialFraudLaw.com  OR ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE AND A.S. PRATT WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANY OTHER USERS OF www.FinancialFraudLaw.com.

Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as:

  • A warranty or representation by A.S. Pratt as to the validity or scope of any Copyright Rights.
  • A warranty or representation that anything made, used, sold or otherwise disposed of under any license granted in this Agreement is or will be free from infringement of copyrights of third parties.
  • Conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or rights other than A.S. Pratt Copyright Rights as defined herein.
  1. Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless and release and forever discharge A.S. Pratt, its employees, agents, officers, assistants, and employees thereof, either in their individual capacities or by reason of their relationship to Financial Fraud Law and successors, from any and all liability, claims, suits, losses, damages, costs, fees and expenses resulting from or arising out of exercise of this Agreement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL A.S. PRATT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM THE EXERCISE OF THIS LICENSE  WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT A.S PRATT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER SUBMISSIONS OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.

  1. Assignment

These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by A.S. Pratt without restriction.

  1. Governing Law

THIS AGREEMENT IS TO BE INTERPRETED AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS.

  1. Miscellaneous

The headings of the several sections are inserted for convenience of reference only and are not intended to be a part of, or to affect the meaning or interpretation of, this Agreement.

This Agreement is not binding upon the parties until it has been executed by the FINANCIAL FRAUD LAW User Account Holder, in which event it becomes effective as of the date the www.FinancialFraudLaw.com User Account Holder clicks the “I Accept” checkbox on the click-through license.

If any part of this Agreement is for any reason found to be unenforceable, all other parts nevertheless remain enforceable as long as a party's rights under this Agreement are not materially affected.  In lieu of the unenforceable provision, the parties will substitute or add as part of this Agreement a provision that will be as similar as possible in economic and business objectives as was intended by the unenforceable provision.

A.S. PRATT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms for any changes. Your use of www.FinancialFraudLaw.com following any amendment of these Terms will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.
