More White Collar Defense Lawyers Move To BuckleySandler? That’s Right!

There may be no law firm more than Buckley Sandler, a financial services and criminal and civil enforcement defense law firm based in Washington, D.C., that believes that white collar defense is a booming practice area that is only going to get even more important.  Now, BuckleySandler has announced that white collar defense lawyers James T. Parkinson, Joseph J. Reilly, Adam Miller, and Lauren R. Randell have joined the firm. Parkinson is a partner, Reilly and Miller are counsel and Randell is an associate. All are based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.

Previously with Mayer Brown LLP, Parkinson, Miller and Randell join their former litigation colleagues, David S. Krakoff and Christopher F. Regan, who joined BuckleySandler’s national criminal and civil enforcement practice last month. Reilly was a special counsel at Sullivan & Cromwell until joining BuckleySandler.

The BuckleySandler government enforcement team also includes another recent lateral partner: Samuel Buffone, the former co-head of Ropes & Gray’s government enforcement practice and criminal appellate advocate. Buffone was joined by two of his colleagues from Ropes & Gray, associates Ann Wiles and Brian Kelly, both of whom have litigation and white collar defense experience.
