Reports Say Daimler AG To Pay $185 Million To Settle FCPA Charges Of Bribing Foreign Officials
News reports are suggesting that German automaker Daimler AG will pay $185 million to settle allegations that it paid millions of dollars in bribes to officials in nearly two dozen countries around the world to obtain business contracts.
A hearing is expected to be held in federal court next week, at which the settlement is expected to be announced.
